Pirates CSG was the intellectual property of Wiz-kids Games, Inc. Who has it now?

Dragon Dice (at least used to be) the intellectual property of TSR, Inc. I don't know who, if anyone, owns the legal rights today. Who has it now?

Half Life is the intellectual property of Valve. Starcraft is the intellectual property of Blizzard. Lode Runner 2 is the intellectual property of Presage Software.
